Yoga and Sound Bath event at the Art Collective Gallery. Hosted by Amanda McCarty. The event will feature Amanda’s gentle flow and mindful movement yoga practice and a sound bath with singing bowls. Join us to rebalance your Chakras, move stagnant energy, and experience healing during savasana. Bring your own yoga mat (required). Optional props are blocks, bolster and strap. This is a community event of like-minded individuals inspired by art in a contemporary art gallery. Come prepared to make a love offering of any amount to offset the expenses of the organizers.
